If you're reading this, you're probably well aware that we like to discuss all kinds of health topics on our blog, especially acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, nutrition, and essential oils. However, you may not know that we also provide tons of other types of information through other online outlets as well...

Pinterest: Ever wonder what we eat throughout the week? Are you looking for healthy reading recommendations? Have you heard about an alternative modality earthing but don't know where to find more information? Our Pinterest account is for you! Here you'll find:

  • Some of our favorite recipes (and the modifications we make to them)
  • Books we love
  • Inspirational quotes
  • Information on supplements, essential oils, and other activities that we like to add to our self-care routines.
  • Beach ideas

This is probably the most "hands-on" outlet that we have because you can get ideas on everything from recycling to DIY skincare in one place and implement them immediately.

YouTube: Our newest social media platform is all about practical tips for everyday issues. While we also feature videos by some of our favorite speakers and companies, the highlight of our channel is going to be the advice we give in our personal videos. So far we've covered acupressure, essential oils, and nutrition to decrease headaches and hot flashes, but we'll be discussing more conditions in the near future.

Facebook: If you're only going to follow us on one account, choose Facebook because it's the most comprehensive. While we don't post every single thing we do on our other accounts here, we do share a good sample of each of them. You'll also find:

  • Detailed event information (abbreviated on our website's calendar)
  • Recent research in Chinese medicine and holistic health
  • Fun, inspiring photos and videos
  • Events that we recommend around Dallas
  • Recent blog posts
  • Live videos when we travel (i.e. the Standard Process farm, the Young Living farm, beaches)
  • Clinic updates
  • And more...

Twitter and InstagramWe used to actively update these accounts, but instead of doing a lot of things "okay" we decided to dedicate our time to our other social media outlets. We're leaving these accounts up, though, so that you can read through them if you'd like to see our old posts. We'll periodically update them with important information, so feel free to still follow them.

Outside of social media, you can also sign up for our monthly newsletter to stay up-to-date on what's happening around the clinic, read our latest blogs, and learn more about what we do for our condition of the month (i.e. everything we would try for allergies). If you're more interested in essential oils and chemical-free living, our sister site Oil Isle has information about how to use, apply, and order our favorite products, and our Facebook group of the same name has helpful information as well.

We hope this helps! Our goal is to produce as much content and post as much information as possible so that you have a well-rounded understanding of health. Making healthy changes can be overwhelming, but the key is to just start somewhere, and our online resources are meant to be a guide in starting on your journey to wellness.
